Paid Summer Program
For Youth Ages 14-15
Get Paid. Get Skilled. Get Ahead. Chicago youth ages 14–15 can apply now for paid summer opportunities through Chicago Youth Works at ChicagoYouthWorks.org and select Prime For Change as their program provider. This summer we will serve 120 youth, providing hands on training and real world experience in AI and technology, sports management, real estate, childcare, and entrepreneurship. Participants must be Chicago residents, submit a current report card, and be ready to learn valuable workforce skills while earning money and preparing for future career opportunities.
Prime Future Entrepreneurs
Prime Future Entrepreneurs (PFC), our Chicago Youth Works - Chicagobility program, provides 14- to 15-year-olds with an immersive job training experience unlike anything they receive in school. Youth are paired with dynamic Leadership Coaches - successful entrepreneurs and community leaders - who guide them through real-world career pathways. From launching businesses to exploring Ai/tech, childcare, real estate, banking/crypto/stocks, and sports careers, participants gain hands-on skills that empower them to build their futures. By the end of the program, youth will walk away with resumes, drone training, Assetpreneur financial literacy certificates, and Wintrust bank accounts. We are looking for up to 120 youth.

Learn. Earn. Lead. | Chicagobility (2026)
Participants will earn a stipend while developing real-world skills through hands-on workshops, industry exposure, career exploration, financial literacy, technology training, and professional development.
